One of the largest project of budapest suburb is the Harsánylejtő green zone development. The plots have full utilities and suitable for private houses and 2-6 apartments condominiums. Our task was to prepare the architectural construction plans of four pieces condominiums. Each building have 5 high quality apartments. The plans was developed in close cooperation with the Hajnal Architects.  The building plots are typically suitable for the construction of detached houses and small condominiums. The lower building density will create a looser, greener urban fabric in the area. The aim is to create buildings with a distinct character, in keeping with the character of the area. The proposed residential development will be built on a sloping site, in a new upland suburban environment with free-standing development. The residential building will consist of 5 apartments, two on the ground and first floor and one on the second floor. Under the building there is 1 basement level with parking for 5 cars. The building’s appearance is defined by the anthracite grey Fundermax façade cladding, the anthracite-coloured windows, the white wraparound terrace strips and the coloured patches of the terrace boxes that connect them.
