The existing building was built in the 1960s and currently function as a ‘C’ category office building. The Investor plans a full reconstruction of the building, which meets the highest requirements. According to the scope of the planned reconstruction, building an additional level, a complete replacement of the facade, creation of open space office space and complete replacement of the mechanical and electrical systems will be carried out. Reconstruction is planned applying sustainable, environmentally-conscious, innovative technologies. After the renovation, the office building will be ‘A’ category.
